Our client, a leading commercial Architecture firm located in downtown Toronto, is searching for a motivated and energetic Intermediate – Senior Architectural Technologist to compliment their growing team. This is a permanent position, with a salary of $70 – $90K, depending on experience plus a competitive benefits and vacation package.

Overview:
The chosen individual will be responsible to produce and maintain deliverables and complete tasks as assigned to achieve project timelines. This may include production, assembly, coordination and completion of Working Drawings using REVIT for issuance to clients, consultants, municipal authorities and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Preparing working drawings using REVIT
Coordination of Contract Documents
Working with production team
Assisting with Contract Administration services
Good communication with consultants
To work closely with Project Managers
Qualifications:
Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technologist Program, or equivalent.
5-10 years of similar Canadian experience using REVIT on institutional projects
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Strong knowledge of building science, construction details and building codes
Strong work ethic & team player
Highly organized and detailed oriented
