Our client, an employee-owned multidisciplinary consulting firm, is seeking a Civil/Municipal Engineer to work out of either their London or Kingston offices. This is a permanent, full-time position, with a salary range of 80-140k, depending on experience, plus benefits, bonus, RRSP matching, paid vacation and additional perks. The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in municipal infrastructure, including transportation, water and sewer design.
Your role will include:
- Working with an established, multi-disciplinary, integrated technical team of engineers, technologists, and support staff to develop solutions for municipal infrastructure, carry out studies, and provide services during construction
- Guiding, mentoring, and leading junior and intermediate staff through day-to-day puzzles.
- Working with long-time, established clients to ensure their expectations are met, as well as forging new relationships and creating new pathways for business development.
- Leading the development of competitive proposals to secure new assignments.
