Our client, a Canadian-owned multi-disciplinary company of consulting engineers and planners, is expanding its Water Resources Department and is looking for a Water Resources Engineer to work as part of a Project Team involved in a variety of Land Development Projects. This is a permanent, full-time position, with a salary range of 80-120k, as well as a competitive benefits and vacation package. The primary work location will be in Whitby, and please note that this is a mostly in-office role with some flexibility for hybrid work.
Our client is interested in hearing from Intermediate/Senior Level Engineers who like work diversity and enjoy the challenges of developing innovative and sustainable solutions in the context of development related water resources. The successful candidate will have experience in the application of computer modelling and programs such as Visual OTTHYMO, Hydrocad, SWMM, PC-SWMM, HEC-RAS and AutoCad and will ideally have a minimum of five (5) years experience in an Ontario based Consulting Engineering environment. The candidate should have experience working in the area of residential and commercial subdivision and site plan design.
