The Opportunity As a key leader in our firm, you will oversee multiple active projects through design, complex approvals, and construction. Lead Teams: Coordinate consultants, manage clients, and mentor staff in a highly collaborative environment. Shape the Firm: Contribute to and develop our internal office infrastructure and production standards. Navigate Approvals: Utilize your deep knowledge of Toronto’s zoning bylaws to secure minor variance and housing approvals. Your Qualifications OAA Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential sector. Our ideal candidate is a champion of sustainable building practices and wood-frame construction. Technical Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, and MS Office. Code Expertise: Strong working knowledge of OBC Parts 3 and 9. Leadership: Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Bonus Points: LEED or Passive House accreditation, and specific experience with laneway/garden suites or multiplexes.
